Makes 24 Patties

1/2 cup of dry shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups of chocolate discs
1. In a plastic bowl melt the chocolate on high for 30 seconds and
stir. Repeat process until chocolate is smooth.

2. Add coconut to melted chocolate and stir until well combined.
Drop candy from a spoon about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet
set with parchment paper and flatten.

3. Place in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes and remove. Let it set to
room temperature and serve.

Note: May store in an airtight container for 1 week.
