Makes 30 to 40 chocolate covered strawberries
You will need:
30 to 40 fresh strawberries washed and dried thoroughly
2 lbs of tempered milk, dark or white chocolate discs
1. In a large plastic bowl place the chocolate disc and melt in the
microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until the chocolate is smooth.
2. Hold the strawberries by the stem and dip into the chocolate. Place
strawberries on a cookie sheet set with parchment paper. Place in the
freezer for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and let stand to reach room
temperature and serve.
