2 3oz packages of cream cheese softened
½ cup of butter, softened
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 ½ cups of sifted powdered sugar
In an electric mixer beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until light and
fluffy. Gradually add the powdered sugar. When the consistency of the
mixture feels easy to spread stop and spread on the cake. After spreading
the frosting on the cake store in refrigerator to set.
